For many preschoolers, church is the first place they’ll hear about God—and how we love and serve them can shape their view of Him for years to come. You can help create a safe, joyful environment where little hearts feel secure and known, and where faith begins to grow.
ROOM LEADERS
Create a safe, loving space where preschoolers learn three powerful truths: God made me, God loves me, and Jesus wants to be my friend forever. You’re not just watching kids—you’re laying a foundation of faith.
SMALL GROUP LEADERS
Help little ones take their first steps toward trusting Jesus. Through simple activities and personal connection, you’ll plant seeds of faith that can grow for a lifetime.
LARGE GROUP LEADERS
Bring energy, fun, and truth to life! Use storytelling, movement, and creativity to help preschoolers engage with God’s Word in a way they’ll actually remember.
BABIES ASSISTANT

BUDDY
Be a consistent, caring presence for a child who needs one-on-one support. Whether it’s behavioral, emotional, or developmental—your patience and kindness can make all the difference in helping them feel seen, safe, and included.
PRODUCTION TEAM
Make the message shine behind the scenes. By running lights, sound, and video, you’ll help create an exciting, distraction-free space where kids can focus on God and have fun doing it.

From friendly greeters to coffee hosts and gallery volunteers, you’ll help guests feel welcomed, noticed, and cared for at every turn. A smile, a kind word, or a warm cup of coffee can open the door to something deeper.
